I offer properties with Owner Financing. No Banks. No Realtors. No Credit Scores. Anyone can own the land for sale at Adexland.com. I wont check your credit and I let anyone invest in our land for sale. Why? Because everyone deserves to own a piece of land they can call their own.
I offer properties with No Hidden Charges. I only charge a $299 documentation/closing fee. That is well below the Real Estate industry standard. Again, I want this to be a great investment for you so that you will buy land from me again.
I offer properties with No Prepayment Penalty. If you want to pay off the loan on the property at any time go ahead. I want this to be a simple investment for you and you shouldn’t have to be penalized for paying off a loan.
I offer properties with free and clear titles. Meaning that there are no taxes, leins, or any other encumbrances on the property. These are great properties that are ready to make you money.
